Responsible for achieving branch targets set by the company. Managing team and team activities. Assist the team in selling all kind of wealth management products. Actively supports team to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded and Company goals obtained. Negotiating mutually profitable Investment opportunities with clients. Dealer Acquisition and providing necessary training or support to dealers. Creating cross sell and up sell opportunities. Handles difficult or sensitive customer issues, requests and complaints and acts to promptly resolve and address these issues. Improving dealer productivity and achieving targets. New client acquisition and generating revenue. Regularly monitors performance and provides coaching to the team for performance improvement and development. Provide expertise, guidance, support and assistance to field staff in day-to-day services and to customer service and sales staff in ongoing customer interactions.
