Also, installation and setting up and troubleshooting on Linux and Ubuntu. 2.Hands-on experience with All MAC Operating Systems environments for troubleshooting 3.Install and Configure Windows Server 2016 and 2019. 4.Knowledge in installation & trouble shooting desktop, printer, network connectivity. 5.Good knowledge of Windows / MAC operating systems. 6.Ability to install and troubleshoot all types of PC hardware, branded and assembled. 7.On customer’s demand software installation. 8.Ability to remove virus / Ransomware infection. 9.Ability to install and troubleshoot network printers. 10.Network point I/O crimping, Punching and building up LAN. 11.Reasonable communication skills to talk politely with customers. 12.Logical thinking for troubleshooting. 13.Ability to install and manage Network Attached Storage NAS and configure RAID
