Follow up with clients on all Open Orders through mail or call. Handling complains with good communication skill. Receive & direct telephone calls, relay messages to the appropriate staff member.
Good Communication skills in English. Excellent knowledge in Ms Word, Ms Excel & Ms PowerPoint. Good written skills in drafting mails. Female candidates preferred.
