Identify and target potential clients in need of recruitment services. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups. Understand client hiring needs and customize recruitment solutions to meet their requirements. Promote the firm's recruitment services and value proposition to prospective clients. Negotiate service contracts and agreements with clients, including terms and pricing. Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand candidate profiles and job requirements. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on recruitment progress and candidate submissions. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the firm. Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for business development. Prepare and maintain sales reports and client records for management review. Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
