Meeting/ talking to the clients, understanding their needs and offer them a perfect media advertising solution. Search potential new clients, meet them on daily basis and bring revenues to the organization. Generating leads through various channels, including networking events, cold calling etc.. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to ensure a win-win outcome for both parties. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales, marketing activities and provide regular reports to the management team. Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or issues. Collaborate with the operation team to give compelling Outdoor Media Plan and Advertising campaigns to the clients.


Desire candidate profile

Proven 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales within the advertising or media industry. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills (both English and Hindi) Self-motivated with a keen interest in business development Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
