Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills. Should have the ability to research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers. Comparison of different price products to know about the correct market price Researching and evaluating potential vendors. Comparing the prices of different vendors for gaining maximum ROI. Negotiating contracts on reasonable terms Manage, evaluate and monitor the certifications of suppliers. Co-ordinate with various stakeholders to resolve issues on Purchase Requisition, PO, Goods etc. Maintain database - update and file all material requisitions, quotations etc.. Coordinate with store to check stock levels as required and place order as needed Raise Purchase Orders in line with business rules. Ensure Purchase Orders are approved in line with business rules. Prior knowledge of IT hardware products highly desired.
