Hands-on experience with All MAC Operating Systems environments for troubleshooting Install and Configure Windows Server 2016 and 2019. knowledge in installation & trouble shooting desktop, printer, network connectivity. Good knowledge of Windows / MAC operating systems. Ability to install and troubleshoot all types of PC hardware, branded and assembled. On customer’s demand software installation. Ability to remove virus / Ransomware infection. Ability to install and troubleshoot network printers. Network point I/O crimping, Punching and building up LAN. Reasonable communication skills to talk politely with customers. Logical thinking for troubleshooting. Ability to install and manage Network Attached Storage NAS and configure RAID
