Identifying potential students who meet the eligibility criteria and are genuinely interested in enrolling. Persuading potential students to enroll in courses by highlighting benefits and addressing concerns. Maintaining communication with potential students throughout the enrollment process and addressing any doubts. Updating customer information and tracking lead progress within the CRM system. Documenting all interactions with potential students, including call details and follow-up actions.
