Handling end to end technical duties related to the owner’s representative encompassing design review, meetings, main contractor works and sub-contractor selection.
Possessing deep knowledge of BIM and executed 2 projects on the platform.
Overseeing all administrative and technical areas of the projects such as performing review of shop drawings, attending to RFIs, MARs, ITRs (IR), and material selection etc.
