 Get the work orders from the customer.  Check if the action is ready (contact ALU rollout team leaders) and don’t have any technical problem (contact OMC) or any other problem (access, support…)  Request the action from the subcontractor.  Follow up the working teams.  Solve any problem may face the working teams (technical, access, support, OMC, …)  Get the feedback from the team and send it to customer.  Update the integration list.  Get the log files of the action (max. next day after action) to check that there is no problems (using TEMS)  Get the site integration reports from the teams.  Recheck the integration reports, modify, print and validate it  Send the site integration reports to customer on weekly basis (send an official mail after every meeting including pending reports and sending date).  Get the acceptance from the customer and deliver it to ALU responsible. Periodical Reports  Monthly New sites modifications to customer.  Monthly  Integration actions to ALU.  Monthly  Subcontractor evaluation to ALU.  Weekly  Site integration reports status to customer.

 Responsible of technical work and solutions.  Responsible of, SNB (Ex Samba), Hyatt Place Hotel, Future Pipe Industries, Asharq News, Cleveland Hospital and Clinic projects.  Responsible of Fujairah Portal.  Responsible of Videoguard Verification in all customer sites.  Network design.  CCTV Analogue and IP design and installation for banks, residential units, villas, cafes, factories, hospitals and clinics.  Access Control systems installation and configuration.  Intercom installation and configuration.  Perform site visits, site survey and generate BOQ for client requirements.  AutoCAD 2D for CCTV and Access Control design.  SVG files design from AutoCAD.  DVRs, NVRs installation and configuration.  Server configuration as customer requirements.  Cisco Switches configuration as customer requirements.  IP Telephony configuration.  Holding DPS, Fujairah police license. Job Includes:  Manage and arrange all teams and distribute the work among them on daily and weekly bases.  Manage all projects together to meet customer satisfaction.
